Data We Collect
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide: name, email address, phone number, company name, and project details submitted through our contact form. We also collect standard web analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through essential cookies.
Purpose of Processing
Your data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiries, delivering requested copywriting services, processing payments, and maintaining communication regarding active projects. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of the service relationship plus 12 months after the last interaction. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized after 26 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
Service Scope
ScriptVisionFlow provides copywriting, content strategy, and related marketing services as described in individual service agreements. All services are delivered digitally from our base in São Domingos de Rana, Portugal. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in each project proposal or order confirmation.
Payment Terms
Invoices are issued upon project completion or at agreed milestones. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment methods include bank transfer and Stripe.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership and intellectual property rights to all delivered copywriting materials. ScriptVisionFlow retains the right to display work in portfolios and case studies unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.
Revisions & Changes
Each service package includes two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions are billed at €50 per round. Scope changes requested after project kickoff that materially alter the original brief may result in a revised quote.
Limitation of Liability
ScriptVisionFlow's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from the use of our copywriting services.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payments made. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to [email protected].
Partial Refund During Active Projects
For projects cancelled mid-execution, a partial refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed. Deliverables produced up to the cancellation date remain the property of ScriptVisionFlow unless full payment is retained. Refund calculations are provided within 5 business days of cancellation request.
Completed Projects
Once a project is delivered and accepted, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the delivered work materially deviates from the agreed brief and cannot be resolved through the included revision rounds, ScriptVisionFlow will either re-execute the work at no additional cost or issue a proportional refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. For Stripe payments, refunds are initiated through the Stripe dashboard. For bank transfers, refunds are sent to the originating account. ScriptVisionFlow will provide written confirmation of all refund transactions.
